Reuters is out with a new report on the state of real estate in Dubai.  According to the report, prices in Dubai are expected to continue to decline.  Here on the Jersey Shore in Cape May County, we are expecting prices to steady.  Unlike many international markets we continue to have an influx of yearly vacationers to Sea Isle City and the Jersey Shore.

Foreclosures to resume in New Jersey

New Jersey like a number of states had put foreclosures on hold, now according to an article on NorthJersey.com, lenders are now going to resume foreclosures.  Will we start to see any Sea Isle City or Wildwood foreclosures now?

Areas like Sea Isle City have been hit with way less foreclosures than somewhere like Miami or Ft. Lauderdale.  An article the other day, just said foreclosures in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami are among the highest in the country.  If you are looking to purchase a vacation home, it is a great time to be a buyer.

Summer in Atlantic City

Sometimes it's nice to be able to vacation so close to home.  I think people are now calling them, "staycations." 

Made the drive up from Wildwood to Atlantic City this morning.  Should be a relaxing couple days poolside and enjoying the Atlantic City Airshow.
